Play Youth Voices

Purpose
The object of the game is to become a social media power user through commenting on other players’ posts, responding to literary and informational texts, doing long-term research projects, composing, revising, and publishing with text and media, and becoming a self-directed learner.
Requirements
Each player opens the the first task within any one of the five Challenges they have chosen. A player should follow all of the instructions within each of the P2PU Tasks, and follow the links back to Missions on Youth Voices where he or she will find more detailed directions and examples to follow. Once a task is completed on Youth Voices, a player returns to the P2PU Task and adds a comment to that task. Within that comment, a player makes a link back to the work that he or she has done on Youth Voices to complete the Task. After all Tasks are completed within a Challenge, a player can request a badge by clicking on Discuss Challenge. When a Challenge is completed, a new Challenge at a higher Level opens up for that player, and play continues. A total of 15 Challenges and Badges are available for a player within each subject area, with 5 on Level One, 5 on Level 2, and 5 on the Capstone Level.
