What an awesome FREE resource this is! BrainPOP Educators offers thousands of freebies, but my absolute favorite is the webinar program. Once a week, star educators present free webinars on different topics including effectice integration of multimedia elements in lessons, interactive whiteboards, special education, gaming in education, etc., etc. Have no time to participate in a live webinar? Fear not, it is recorded and accessible to all via BrainPOP Educators. Looking for recertification points? Attend a live or recorded webinar, answer a few questions at the end, and receive a certificate of participation. I could go on and on about all of the other resources offered on this educator portal… Its relevance to today’s demands, and its sound, vetted resources make it a favorite of mine!
